Support the Vital Aging Network

The mission of the Vital Aging Network (VAN) is to promote self-determination, community involvement, and personal enrichment for and with older adults through education and advocacy.

VAN's Strategic Goals for 2007-2009:

Goal 1. Foster older adult civic engagement through leadership development, education and networking.

Goal 2. Coordinate older adult educational forums across Minnesota to promote vital aging.

Goal 3. Develop strategic relationships or partnerships to further vital aging awareness and initiatives.

Make a contribution to VAN and help us meet The Atlantic Philanthropies’ $200,000 challenge match by December 31, 2007.

To make a donation, e-mail us at
