Speakers Bureau
The Vital Aging Network Speakers Bureau provides interesting and knowledgeable speakers on a variety of topics that engage older adults in contributing to vital communities. Our speakers will tell how civic engagement has made a difference in their lives and in the lives of others. The speakers also will talk aout why staying connected is important, and will provide information on how to become engaged in meaningful ways. The contribution of time and talent of older people is important to their own health and to the health of their communities.
Speakers will be trained and available in the Twin Cities area by mid-July. Later in the year, speakers will be ready to make presentations in greater Minnesota.
